Project Title: Koshari Boutique – Rebranding & Identity Redesign

Medium: Branding + Visual Identity + Photography

This branding project focused on reimagining the identity of Koshari Boutique, a restaurant specializes in Koshari, a beloved traditional Egyptian dish. The process began with a full SWOT analysis to evaluate the restaurant’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Based on these insights, I crafted a new mission statement that better reflects its cultural roots and refined audience.

The rebranding aimed to capture the soul of Egypt, blending authenticity with a modern identity. To convey the vibe of original Egyptian street food, I incorporated imagery of Cairo's streets—creating a strong visual connection to the dish’s heritage. I conducted a full food photography session, also the atmospheric photos from Cairo are taken by be.

The final visual identity includes at least seven redesigned brand elements—from logo and packaging to menus and re-opening flyer, tailored to resonate with the restaurant’s audience while celebrating its cultural origins. The project was presented in a comprehensive PowerPoint that outlined the research, strategy, design, and photography behind the new brand direction.
